Transfer News: Nepal national defender Rohit Chand signed mid-season transfer to Persija Jakartha Indonesia

Nepal national team defender Rohit Chand who is pursuing a professional career in football in the Indonesian top tier team PSPS Pekanbaru had a mid-season transfer to Persija Jakarta. Rohit´s elder brother Rabindra confirmed the transfer. Rohit had joined Pekanbaru on December 25, 2012. 

--> Persija Jakarta, based in the Indonesian capital Jakarta, has been in the relegation zone for most of the Indonesian Super League season. Currently, the team is at the bottom of the points table and four other players along with Rohit have been signed. 

Meanwhile, Rohit´s salary will remain the same as that in PSPS Pekanberu which paid him $ 3,500 per month besides match allowances. The 21-year old had earlier signed a 10-month long contract with PSPS Pekanberu.
